**Job Title:** Regional Sales Specialist

At Norwill Inc, we are seeking a highly skilled and results-driven Regional Sales Specialist to join our team. This role is an excellent opportunity for individuals who enjoy working independently, managing their own sales territory, and driving revenue growth.

As a Regional Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for selling company products and services to new and existing clients within your assigned territory. Your primary focus will be on prospecting, generating new business, and running leads provided by the company. Our target markets include small-to-medium-sized businesses, homeowner associations, and multi-family housing units.

The ideal candidate will have strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to design and consult technical systems. They must also be assertive, detailed-oriented, deadline-focused, and organized. Experience with CRMs, email, calendar, and Microsoft Office Suite is required.

We offer a competitive salary of $45,000 per year, a monthly vehicle allowance, paid holidays, PTO policy, and a comprehensive benefits package. Commissions are based on closed gross revenues, and bonuses are tied to meeting or exceeding established quotas. This position has tremendous growth potential, with earnings ranging from $80,000 to $120,000 per year.
