Key Responsibilities:- Manage the parts sales process from initial customer inquiry to locating the part and final invoicing.
- Collaborate with the parts manager to source any parts that are not readily available.
- Handle special order requests for parts that need to be procured for customers.
- Keep customers informed about the status of their ordered parts and notify them upon arrival at the dealership.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
- Act as a backup for the stocking clerk when necessary.
- Engage with staff and customers in a courteous and professional manner.
- Adhere to all company safety protocols and procedures.
- Understand and comply with all relevant federal, state, and local regulations in the industry.
- High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
- Previous experience in auto parts sales is preferred.
- Customer-focused with a strong commitment to service excellence.
- Able to thrive in a fast-paced work environment.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Professional appearance and a strong work ethic are essential.
- Proficient computer skills are preferred.
- Must possess a valid Driver's License and maintain a good driving record.
