Member Account Management:

  • Authorize expenditures and process refunds.

Facility Cleanliness and Maintenance:

  • Maintain a clean and organized front desk and lobby area.
  • Conduct regular cleaning and maintenance tasks, including mopping spills, trash removal, and cleaning windows and mirrors.
  • Ensure all exercise equipment and tanning beds are regularly cleaned.
  • Keep restrooms clean, stocked, and organized by adhering to a routine cleaning schedule.
  • Monitor the safety of employees, members, and club property by identifying equipment or facility repair needs and communicating them to the maintenance team.

Additional Responsibilities:

  • Manage the ordering of club supplies within the established budget.
  • Track Key Performance Indicators such as guest counts and cancellations on a weekly, monthly, and annual basis.
  • Oversee marketing initiatives, ensuring staff are informed and trained on all promotional activities.

Qualifications:

  • Preferred 1 year of customer service experience, ideally within the fitness sector.
  • Must be at least 18 years old.
  • Basic proficiency in computer applications (Microsoft Office Suite).
  • Strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Exceptional leadership and interpersonal skills.
  • A genuine passion for health and fitness.
  • Physical Requirements:
  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods during shifts.
  • Frequent verbal communication in person or via phone.
  • Capability to lift up to 50 lbs.
