Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to fill the role of Assembly/Vent/Fin Trainee at Midwest Aerospace Casting, LLC.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the assembly of molds and ensure that all products meet our high-quality standards.
  • Operate drills and read gages to ensure accurate measurements.
  • Understand and execute the fin and core vent process.
  • Assemble sub-assemblies and self-inspect work to ensure quality and efficiency.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace and assist in department functions.
  • Follow safety procedures and guidelines at all times.
  • Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors.

Requirements:

  • Willingness to undergo training in Blue Island, Illinois for approximately 6 months.
  • Ability to read and interpret assembly instructions.
  • Basic knowledge of hand and power tools.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Good communication skills and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
