Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Customer Experience Manager to join our team at World Market. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for modeling and leading a customer-first selling culture, driving business growth, and developing a high-performance team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with the Store Manager to develop and implement effective routines, visual brand standards, and engagement behaviors to drive customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Analyze business trends and develop strategies to problem-solve business opportunities and drive sales growth.
  • Recruit, develop, and retain a high-performance team that aligns with our company values through training, recognition, and performance management.
  • Support and maintain a safe work environment through ongoing safety training, awareness, and accountability.
  • Plan and execute daily business tasks and duties assigned by and in the absence of the Store Manager.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 2+ years of relevant leadership experience in a fast-paced specialty retail selling culture.
  • Leadership skills including excellent customer experience behaviors, a strong sense of urgency, attention to detail, creative problem-solving, sound decision-making skills, effective delegation and validation, and the ability to execute daily priorities efficiently.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends, depending upon the needs of the business.
  • Minimum Age 21 years.
  • Ability to lift up to 40 lbs.
