The salary range for this position is $65,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience. In addition, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Phlebotomist to join our team as a Clinical Lead. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of phlebotomists in a high-volume setting, providing excellent customer service, and ensuring accurate and efficient blood collection procedures.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • 5 years of phlebotomy experience required, inclusive of pediatric, geriatric, and capillary collections
  • Minimum 3 years in a Patient Service Center (PSC) or Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) environment preferred
  • Customer service experience in a retail or service environment preferred
  • Keyboard/data entry experience
