Salary and Benefits
This lead dentist role comes with an estimated annual salary of $225,000 to $250,000, with additional benefits including a per-day rate of $850, a sign-on bonus of $15,000, and a relocation stipend of $5,000. You'll also enjoy free continuing education annually, partnership opportunities, and a generous benefits package that includes paid time off, health, vision, and a 401(k) savings plan.
Job Description
As our Managing Clinical Director, you will lead a patient-centric team that respects your clinical judgment and leadership. Your responsibilities will include conducting comprehensive full mouth exams, diagnosing dental conditions, providing high-quality clinical treatments, and mentoring and coaching new dentists and dental professionals.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you must be a DDS or DMD from an accredited school. You should have excellent communication skills, a strong work ethic, and the ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment.
