About This Role:

The Industrial Coatings Specialist is responsible for applying high-quality paint finishes on metals or manufactured products. This role requires attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced production environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Apply industrial paint finishes on metals or manufactured products using spray painters or other equipment
  • Mix paints and other solutions to achieve desired results
  • Monitor drying times to ensure optimal finish quality
  • Complete finishing processes with baking, polishing, or other materials as needed
  • May paint by hand when required
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 1+ years of general work experience
  • Apprenticeship and/or formal training in production painting is a plus
  • Strong organizational and follow-up skills; attention to detail
  • Ability to lift, lower, push, and pull merchandise up to 50 lbs
  • Ability to stand, walk, stoop, and bend for 8 hours or more daily
  • Constant use of arms, hands, fingers, eyes, legs, and back
  • Detail-oriented and able to work in a team environment
  • Good attitude and willingness to learn
  • Pass a background check and drug/alcohol test
