The Painter is a key member of our team, responsible for applying high-quality industrial paint finishes to metals and manufactured products. As a skilled craftsman, you will mix paints and other solutions, monitor drying times, and ensure that the finished products meet our stringent quality standards.
Responsibilities:- Operate spray painters or other equipment to apply industrial paint finishes on metals or manufactured products
- Mix paints and other solutions to achieve the desired color and finish
- Monitor drying times to ensure that the paint is applied evenly and to the correct specifications
- Complete finishing processes, including baking, polishing, or other materials as required
- May paint by hand when necessary
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1+ years of general work experience
- Apprenticeship and/or formal training in production painting is a plus
- Strong organizational and follow-up skills, with attention to detail
- Ability to lift, lower, push, and pull merchandise up to 50 pounds
- Ability to stand, walk, stoop, and bend for 8 hours or more daily
- Constant use of arms, hands, fingers, eyes, legs, and back
- Must be detail-oriented and a team player
- Must be willing to take on additional roles as needed

Compensation will be paid in the range of $19-$27/hour. Restricted Stock Units are included in all offers. Salary will be determined by the applicant's education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data.
As a condition to employment, applicants who receive a job offer are required to submit to a medical evaluation to confirm their ability to wear a respirator.
