Job Summary

Crusoe Energy is seeking a skilled Painter to apply industrial paint finishes on metals or manufactured products. The ideal candidate will have experience with mixing paints and monitoring drying to ensure desired results.

About the Role:

  • Apply industrial paint finishes on metals or manufactured products
  • Mix paints and other solutions
  • Monitor drying to ensure desired results
  • Complete finishing with baking, polishing, or other materials
  • May paint by hand when needed

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or GED
  • 1+ years of general work experience
  • Apprenticeship and/or formal training in production painting is a plus
  • Strong organizational/follow-up skills; attention to detail
  • Requires lift, lower, push, and pull all sizes of merchandise up to 50 lbs
  • Requires the ability to stand, walk, stoop, and bend for 8 hours or more daily
  • Requires constant use of arms, hands, fingers, eyes, legs, and back
  • Must be detail-oriented
  • Must be a team player willing to take on additional roles as needed
  • Have a good attitude and willingness to learn

Compensation Range:

Compensation will be paid in the range of $19-$27/hr. Restricted Stock Units are included in all offers. Salary to be determined by the applicant's education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data.

As a condition to employment, applicants who receive a job offer are required to submit to a medical evaluation to confirm their ability to wear a respirator.
