- Stays informed about current promotions and sales; upholds pricing and visual merchandising standards.
- Ensures compliance with merchandise handling, presentation, and loss prevention protocols as directed by management.
- Participates in visual merchandising initiatives, including monthly store layouts and maintenance.
Customer Service Excellence:
- Embodies and promotes the principles of exceptional personal service, delivering a seamless omni-channel experience.
- Addresses customer inquiries and resolves concerns promptly.
- Facilitates a swift and efficient checkout process, remaining knowledgeable about payment policies, coupon usage, returns, exchanges, and security measures.
- Encourages additional purchases at checkout, including gift card sales.
- Enrolls customers in loyalty programs.
- Develops and nurtures a loyal customer base through personalized service and wardrobe consultations.
- Maintains up-to-date knowledge of product fit and style offerings available in-store and online.
- Ensures consistent communication with clients through a customer relationship management system.
Operational Responsibilities:
- Assists in replenishment efforts to keep the store well-stocked and visually appealing.
- Supports fulfillment processes for customer orders.
- Contributes to visual merchandising tasks, including floor setups, window displays, and signage placement as instructed.
- Helps maintain store cleanliness and organization.
Team Collaboration and Development:
- Encourages a collaborative approach to problem-solving within the team.
- Actively seeks opportunities for personal growth and welcomes constructive feedback.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- Previous retail or sales experience is preferred.
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Able to adapt to technology used by the company.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a dynamic environment.
- Effective communication with customers, team members, and management.
- Regular attendance is essential to meet company objectives; flexible scheduling, including nights, weekends, and holidays, is required.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
- Frequent walking and standing throughout the shift.
- Occasional lifting of items up to 50 lbs. (1-33% of the shift).
- Regular climbing activities (34%-66% of the shift).
This position may be available across various brands, and specific duties may differ accordingly.
