About the Role

PrideStaff is seeking a highly skilled Senior Accounts Receivable Manager to lead our Corporate Accounts Receivable (AR) Operations. As a key member of our finance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth flow of international cash flow and maintaining top-notch AR practices.

Key Responsibilities
  • AR Architect: Develop and implement efficient AR policies and processes, ensuring timely collections and adherence to International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS).
  • Chargeback Specialist: Implement accurate A/R policies, manage high volume chargebacks, erroneous credit memos, and credit balances of customers.
  • Compliance Officer: Maintain a robust system of internal controls for AR and Treasury operations, guaranteeing financial integrity and regulatory compliance.
  • Global Cash Flow Strategist: Develop and implement strategic cash flow forecasts, ensuring we meet our financial goals and maintain optimal liquidity across international markets.
  • International Banking Liaison: Forge strong relationships with our global banking partners, streamlining payments, collections, and foreign exchange transactions.
  • Team Leader: Motivate a team of high performers, fostering a collaborative and results-oriented environment.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 10 years of experience in a senior finance role, preferably within a large, multinational company.
  • Proven expertise in Treasury and A/R operations, with a solid understanding of IFRS accounting standards.
  • Excellent leadership skills with demonstrated ability to inspire and motivate a team.
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with a knack for creative solutions.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with colleagues across departments and international borders.
