Job Overview

United Contractor Services is on the lookout for a dedicated and proactive Construction Site Safety Manager to enhance our team.

The ideal candidate for this role possesses a strong work ethic and a genuine enthusiasm for addressing challenges while supporting our clients' success. A primary responsibility of this position is to ensure that both office and field personnel are well-versed in all safety protocols and training programs, adhering to federal and state regulations to mitigate the risk of accidents and injuries.

ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in Construction Safety.
  • OSHA 30 Certification is mandatory.
  • Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is essential.
  • This role requires travel outside the state.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Exhibit effective and productive leadership capabilities.
  • Daily execution of safety programs.
  • Conduct training sessions for employees and subcontractors and facilitate workshops.
  • This position may involve standing for approximately 80% of the workday.
  • Ability to lift, push, and pull items weighing up to 50 pounds without assistance is required.
