Job Summary:

We are seeking an outstanding Developmental Pediatrician to join our team at Children's Healthcare of Atlanta. This individual will provide clinical care, research support, and clinical training at two locations in Atlanta, Georgia.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will have a specialization in the field of autism and related developmental disabilities. They will work closely with an interdisciplinary team to provide medical and developmental evaluations, as well as follow-up care on an outpatient basis.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide clinical care to patients with autism and related developmental disabilities
  • Contribute to research and clinical training initiatives
  • Supervise medical support personnel and assume basic administrative oversight of clinical areas
  • Participate in quality improvement and research activities
  • Provide education and training to patients, families, and staff

Requirements:

  • Graduate of an accredited, four-year medical school
  • Graduate of an accredited, post-graduate residency program in Pediatrics
  • Completion of an accredited fellowship program in Developmental Pediatrics
  • Board Certified/Board Eligible in Developmental Pediatrics
  • Licensed to practice medicine in the state of Georgia
  • Current DEA registration
