Talent Management Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Talent Management Specialist to join our team at ManpowerGroup Inc. in Meridian, ID. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in developing and implementing strategies to enhance our workforce's skills and abilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deliver training programs that meet business objectives.
  • Develop and implement talent management strategies to improve employee engagement, retention, and performance.
  • Conduct needs assessments to identify skill gaps and develop targeted training solutions.
  • Design and deliver instructor-led training sessions, as well as virtual classroom facilitation.
  • Partner with vendors to ensure quality service delivery.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in talent development.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in human resources, leadership development, or talent management.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Instructional Design, Organizational Behavior, Human Resources, Business Administration, or equivalent work experience.
  • Advanced oral and written communication skills.
  • Creativity and design experience.
  • Strong work ethic with attention to detail and a passion for completing tasks.
