KurzSolutions is seeking a skilled Cytotechnologist to join our team. As a Cytotechnologist, you will play a critical role in the laboratory, responsible for processing and analyzing specimens to aid in the diagnosis of diseases.

Responsibilities
  • Collect and process specimens for testing, ensuring proper identification and labeling.
  • Determine current clinician orders and process specimens accordingly.
  • Maintain adequate stock of supplies and rotate stock to ensure expiration dates are met.
  • Assist in cleaning and maintaining equipment and workspace.
  • Communicate daily status and problems to team members and senior management.
Requirements
  • Baccalaureate degree from a Commission on Accreditation of Allied Health Education Programs (CAAHEP) cytotechnology program.
  • Certification by the American Society for Clinical Pathology (ASCP) as a Cytologist (CT).
