Role: Customer Service Associate

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver exceptional internal and external customer support through various communication channels including phone, email, and online platforms.

Maintain accurate customer account details and records, ensuring compliance with sales tax exemption protocols.

Generate and present pricing estimates while efficiently processing customer orders.

Address customer product inquiries by documenting quality control cases to ensure satisfactory resolutions.

Handle product returns with professionalism and care.

Stay informed about product offerings and company policies to provide reliable customer and sales assistance.

Support light bookkeeping tasks related to accounts payable and receivable.

Compile and distribute weekly and monthly sales reports for management review.

General Office & Professional Skills:

  • Outstanding communication abilities paired with a high degree of professionalism.
  • Strong numerical and written communication skills.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy in data entry tasks.

Computer Skills:

  • Strong typing proficiency.

Physical Requirements:

  • Capable of safely lifting and handling products weighing up to 40 lbs.
  • Able to bend and reach for products in a warehouse environment.

Educational Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience in a professional office setting.
  • Prior customer service experience is essential.
