Key Responsibilities- Hard Floor Maintenance: Sweep and mop hard surface floors, ensuring they are clean and free of debris.
- Carpentry and Cleaning: Vacuum carpets, remove and transport trash, and clean equipment.
- Specialized Tasks: Operate floor machines, rinse extractors, floor scrubbers, and other electrical and mechanical equipment.
- Waste Management: Collect and transport biohazard and hazardous waste.
- Event Support: Set up conference rooms, move furniture, and transport beds.
- Laundry and Housekeeping: Clean housekeeping closets and may be assigned to work in the laundry.
- Patient Areas: Clean patient areas and discharge rooms, as needed.
- Education: High School Diploma or GED preferred.
- Skills and Abilities: Ability to comprehend and follow policies and procedures, read, write, and speak English, and demonstrate ethical behavior.
- Physical Demands: Ability to lift, bend, climb, and operate heavy equipment.
