Become a key member of our dynamic team at Mai Placement as a Chief Revenue Cycle Director and lead the way in overseeing our billing and accounts receivable processes. Based in Brooklyn, this is a 3-day in-office hybrid role that offers a unique blend of work-life balance and career growth opportunities.


As a seasoned professional in the field, you'll be responsible for managing a team of administrative staff and providing strategic advice to our ownership on how to improve collection efforts and optimize our billing process. This includes playing a crucial role in the implementation of a new billing system, ensuring a seamless transition and maintaining accurate and timely invoicing and reporting.


We're looking for someone with 5+ years of experience in billing, AR management, or collections, preferably in the service industry. You'll need to have excellent leadership and communication skills, both written and verbal, as well as the ability to oversee a team and provide clear direction. Tech-savvy individuals who can manage and adopt new systems and technologies will be highly valued.


In this role, you'll have the opportunity to work closely with our partners and internal teams to align our financial practices with our firm's objectives. If you have experience in public accounting, it's a definite plus, but not required. What's more, your ability to adapt to new systems and technologies will be essential in driving our firm's success.

Estimated salary for this position is $175,000 per year, reflecting the value of your expertise and the unique blend of work-life balance and career growth opportunities offered by this role.


Key responsibilities of this position include:



  • Lead and manage the billing and AR functions, overseeing a team of administrative staff

Qualifications for this position include:



  • 5+ years of experience in billing, AR management, or collections, preferably in the service industry
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, both written and verbal

  • Ability to oversee a team, providing clear direction and maintaining high standards of accuracy
  • Experience in public accounting is highly valued but not required
