Customer Service Team Lead

Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Service Team Lead to join our team at Ingram Content Group. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you will be responsible for managing customer relationships, resolving issues, and providing exceptional service to our clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage customer interactions and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
- Monitor and analyze customer feedback to identify areas for improvement
- Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex customer issues
- Provide coaching and guidance to customer service representatives to ensure excellent service delivery
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a team lead or management position
- Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service and improving customer satisfaction
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders
- Ability to analyze complex customer issues and develop effective solutions
- Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software and other relevant tools
Preferred Qualifications
- ILS customer service training
- Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Knowledge of the publishing industry and its trends
