Customer Service Representative

Responsibilities:
\u2022 Greet guests with a smile and make them feel welcome
\u2022 Take and fill customer orders within company-mandated service time
\u2022 Suggestive up-sell of products as directed by management
\u2022 Collect money and deliver orders to customers
\u2022 Immediately attend to any customer service problem or complaint
\u2022 Notify manager as needed
\u2022 Verify opening reading and bank
\u2022 Accountable and responsible for all cash issued and received at their register during their shift and all guest checks used
\u2022 Count down drawer at end of shift to ensure accuracy
\u2022 Immediately notify Manager in Charge of any deletions, over-rings or equipment problems
\u2022 Ensure that all product holding times are strictly observed
\u2022 Ensure products on the counter or in the display case are properly rotated and attractively displayed
\u2022 Keep display case interior and exterior clean at all times
\u2022 Stock the service area with a sufficient supply of napkins, cups, lids, etc.
\u2022 Maintain an adequate supply of iced tea
Requirements:
\u2022 High school diploma or GED
\u2022 At least 6 months of experience that is directly related to the duties and responsibilities specified
Qualifications:
\u2022 Knowledge of all restaurant policies, practices and operational and human resources procedures
\u2022 Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to interact professionally with individuals at all levels, both internally and externally
\u2022 Must be able to succeed in a fast-paced work environment
\u2022 Must be able to receive money and accurately count back change
\u2022 Practices adequate security measures in cash handling, making frequent cash drops and maintaining a minimum amount of cash in the drawer
\u2022 Basic computer skills
\u2022 Report to work timely for each scheduled shift
