Position Title: Building Automation Controls Foreman

Key Responsibilities:

Client Engagement:

  • Act as a representative of EMCOR Government Services
  • Foster and maintain relationships with clients and contractors

Project Management Duties:

  • Ensure the financial viability of all assigned construction projects
  • Communicate project updates and challenges to Project Managers
  • Review project submittals and materials for precision
  • Oversee project timelines and schedules
  • Provide technical assistance to installation teams
  • Deliver comprehensive verbal and written reports
  • Collaborate with Project Managers on design modifications, graphics, and programming
  • Forecast manpower needs for projects
  • Participate in construction meetings as a representative of the company
  • Uphold company standards for installation practices

Qualifications:

  • At least eight (8) years of hands-on experience with automation and control systems
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering (preferably in Electrical or Mechanical) or equivalent experience
  • Proficient in at least three HVAC control systems (preferably Delta, JCI, or Andover)
  • Ability to engage with clients at supervisory and management levels
  • Engineering expertise in electronics, mechanics, hydraulics, pneumatics, and programming
  • Strong verbal and written communication abilities
  • Experience in control system architecture design, programming, or maintenance is preferred
  • Proficient computer skills with an understanding of control networking
  • Possession of a valid driver's license
