Automation and Controls Specialist

Mark Anthony Brewing is seeking a skilled Automation & Controls Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for providing troubleshooting and maintenance support for our automation and controls systems.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide instrumentation and controls troubleshooting support for manufacturing operations team
- Work with electronic control systems, including PLCs, HMIs, sensors, and control elements used in automated processes
- Test instrumentation and control systems and maintain test equipment
- Consult manuals, read and interpret circuit diagrams, blueprints, and schematics
- Repair and adjust controls system components or remove and replace defective parts
- Install control and measurement instruments on existing or new plant equipment
- Provide training to maintenance technicians and operations team on equipment use and troubleshooting
- Work on assigned continuous improvement projects assigned by CI leadership team
- Foster collaborative and organizational learning
- Provide process engineering support for manufacturing operations
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering preferred
- 3 to 5 years applicable experience in industrial manufacturing (brewery experience a plus)
- Certified Allen Bradley (Studio 5000, Factory Talk SE and ME, and AssetCentre)
- Experience with high-speed packaging equipment desired
- Ability to work overnight 6:00pm to 6:30am
