Job Title: HR Manager

Job Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated and personable HR Manager who embodies our conservative values and prioritizes employee relations. This role will focus on coaching managers on employee issues, fostering a positive work environment, and ensuring that all employees feel heard and supported.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary point of contact for employee relations, addressing concerns and providing guidance.
  • Coach and support managers on effective handling of employee issues and performance management.
  • Conduct performance reviews and provide insights to enhance employee development.
  • Proactively engage with employees by walking around the office and being approachable for informal discussions.
  • Create and maintain an open-door policy to encourage communication across all levels of the organization.
  • Collaborate with leadership to align HR initiatives with company values and culture.
  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures that reflect conservative values while promoting a positive workplace environment.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • At least 5 years of HR experience.
  • Proven experience in HR management, with a strong focus on employee relations.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to navigate sensitive situations with professionalism and discretion.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to provide constructive feedback.
  • Familiarity with performance management processes and best practices.
