Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Account Director to lead our sales efforts in the International Fashion, American Fashion, and Luxury categories. As the first point of contact for our advertising clients, you will be responsible for driving revenue and partnerships with select clients. Your expertise will be essential in developing and executing fully integrated programs that showcase our media properties across print, digital, social, and video platforms.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as the single point of contact for named accounts, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring seamless communication across our organization.
  • Develop and manage short and long-term account plans for named clients, leveraging industry insights and thought leadership to drive revenue growth.
  • Communicate the Conde Nast value proposition to clients within their industry, highlighting the benefits of partnering with our media properties.
  • Leverage industry-specific insights to grow revenue across all collections, including print, digital, video, branded content, and experiential advertising.
  • Coordinate brand and product specialist resources to support the account, ensuring a collaborative and effective sales approach.
  • Convert specified business development accounts within the industry portfolio, utilizing your expertise to penetrate existing accounts and drive new business.
  • Provide accurate and timely business reporting, including revenue estimates, annual projections, and share of market analysis.
Requirements
  • 3-5+ years of experience in consultative integrated sales, with a proven track record of navigating relationships with clients and agencies.
  • Desired skills and qualifications include experience selling to enterprise-level clients, ability to manage and grow an existing base of business, and a successful track record of growing revenue in branded, experiential, video, and digital advertising.
  • Strong drive to beat targets, relentlessly positive attitude, and incredible work ethic are essential for this role.
  • Ability to partner well with internal teams to deliver high-quality service to our clients.
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary range of $118,000-$214,000, as well as a generous employee benefits package and discretionary bonus compensation for eligible roles.
