Billd is a leading fintech company offering innovative financial and technology products to commercial subcontractors.

We are seeking a Sales and Business Growth Specialist to drive our business expansion in Miami, FL. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of exceeding sales quotas and building out territories.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Sell Billd's financial products to commercial subcontractors.
  • Generate new sales from existing customers with a focus on inactive customers.
  • Develop centers of influence in the territory to generate warm referrals and increase Billd's brand recognition.
  • Strategically sell into all levels of a subcontractor's organization to ensure the customer integrates Billd into their workflows.
  • Work closely with Relationship Managers and Underwriting teams to maximize territory revenue while protecting Billd's risk.
Requirements:
  • 7-10 years of outside sales experience managing a full sales cycle.
  • Outside sales experience selling B2B solutions.
  • A self-starter with the ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
  • Experience selling to commercial subcontractors is preferred.
  • Familiarity with technology tools such as Salesforce and Slack is preferred.

Estimated salary: $100,000 - $140,000 per year.
