Electronics Development Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Product Development Technician to join our team at Micross Components. As a key member of our Product Development process, you will play a crucial role in bringing new products through the release process to a successful manufacturing launch.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support engineers in developing documentation for new products, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Perform qualification and design validation testing on new products, identifying and addressing any issues that arise.
- Assemble and maintain product test fixtures, as well as test circuits, to ensure optimal performance.
- Rework circuit board assemblies using a soldering iron and common hand tools, with a focus on soldering and de-soldering small parts.
- Assist in developing evaluation boards, generating product data to support datasheets and de-embedded s-parameter files for customer modeling.
- Maintain lab equipment and supplies, ensuring a safe and efficient working environment.
- Perform other duties as directed by management, contributing to the overall success of the team.
Requirements:
- Associates degree in electrical engineering or equivalent is required.
- Ability to assemble SMT-based PCBs and test fixtures is essential.
- Experience with RF component products is preferred, as is experience with RF small signal and large signal component testing.
- Strong knowledge of electronic circuits and principles is necessary, as well as proficiency in MS office suite.
