About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative at Circle K. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, operating a cash register, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Service: Greet customers, respond to their needs, and provide a positive shopping experience.
  • Cash Handling: Operate a cash register, process transactions, and handle customer payments.
  • Store Maintenance: Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including the sales floor, stockroom, and exterior areas.
  • Teamwork: Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales goals, resolve customer issues, and maintain a positive work environment.

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent: Required.
  • Retail and Customer Service Experience: Preferred.
  • Ability to Stand and Walk for Up to 8 Hours: Required.
  • Ability to Lift and Carry Up to 30 Pounds: Required.
