Business Development Center Representative

The Business Development Center Representative plays a crucial role in driving sales and customer satisfaction at Don Ringler Automotive. This position requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills to establish strong relationships with customers and colleagues.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Receive and respond to incoming sales calls, chats, and leads in a timely and professional manner.
  • Identify customer needs and schedule appointments with Sales Associates to ensure a seamless sales experience.
  • Place outbound phone calls to potential leads to nurture relationships and drive sales.
  • Address customer concerns and provide solutions prior to appointment dates, ensuring a positive experience.
  • Follow up with customers after appointments to ensure satisfaction and gather feedback.
Requirements:
  • Bilingual skills (English/Spanish) are preferred.
  • High school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • Valid driver's license is necessary.
  • Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills are essential.
  • Extensive customer service, sales, or telemarketing background is required.
  • Computer literacy and strong organizational skills are necessary.
