Customer Service Representative

The Business Development Center Representative plays a crucial role in driving sales and customer satisfaction at Don Ringler Automotive. This position requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills to establish strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
Key Responsibilities:- Receive and respond to incoming sales calls, chats, and leads in a timely and professional manner.
- Identify customer needs and schedule appointments with Sales Associates to ensure a seamless sales experience.
- Place outbound phone calls to potential leads to nurture relationships and drive sales.
- Address customer concerns and provide solutions prior to appointment dates, ensuring a positive experience.
- Follow up with customers after appointments to ensure satisfaction and gather feedback.
- Bilingual skills (English/Spanish) are preferred.
- High school diploma or equivalent is required.
- Valid driver's license is necessary.
- Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills are essential.
- Extensive customer service, sales, or telemarketing background is required.
- Computer literacy and strong organizational skills are necessary.
