Responsibilities
  • Provide comprehensive speech therapy evaluations as per medical orders.
  • Document findings on standardized evaluation formats accurately and adhering to all guidelines.
  • Develop and implement treatment plans, including long and short-term goals, frequency, duration, and treatment modalities.
  • Ensure medical orders are obtained for evaluations, treatments, recertifications, and discharges.
  • Provide comprehensive treatment to patients using various modalities and modifying patient treatment as indicated.
Qualifications

To be considered for this role, candidates must have a graduate degree from an accredited university in communication disorders recognized by ASHA, and hold a current license or registration as a Speech Language Pathologist in their state.
