Job Title: Associate Director, Healthcare Research

About the Role:

The Health Management Academy is seeking an experienced Associate Director to join our team in the Healthcare Research department. As an Associate Director, you will be responsible for leading qualitative research projects, analyzing complex healthcare issues, and developing actionable insights for our members.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead qualitative research projects, including designing research studies, collecting and analyzing data, and synthesizing findings.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with healthcare industry stakeholders, including health systems, hospitals, and medical device companies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement research projects, including project management, data analysis, and reporting.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and developments in healthcare research, including emerging technologies, policy changes, and best practices.
  • Develop and maintain a network of contacts within the healthcare industry, including thought leaders, researchers, and practitioners.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in healthcare research, including qualitative research methods and data analysis.
  • Strong understanding of healthcare industry trends, including emerging technologies, policy changes, and best practices.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills, including the ability to work with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Ability to travel up to 20% of the time, including domestic and international travel.
