As a Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for performing preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance on various industrial equipment, including injection molding machines, automated and manned paint booths, robots, and extruder systems.
Key Responsibilities:- Perform routine maintenance tasks, including inspections, repairs, and replacements of equipment components.
- Troubleshoot and repair complex electrical, electronic, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
- Operate and maintain precision test and measuring equipment.
- Conduct water and air quality tests.
- Handle and store chemicals and industrial lubricants.
- Associate's degree (A.A.) or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school.
- 6-12 months of related experience and/or training.
- Ability to apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry.
The Maintenance Technician will work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment with moderate noise levels. The employee will be exposed to moving mechanical parts, risk of electrical shock, and other hazards. The work environment requires the ability to work at heights, in confined spaces, and in areas with extreme temperatures.
