  • Drive continuous improvements in processes, tools, and methodologies to optimize project outcomes.
  • Maintain comprehensive documentation of processes, projects, and service delivery using IT Glue.
  • Ensure clear and timely communication with clients to manage expectations and provide updates on project progress.
About You

We're looking for a driven and detail-oriented leader who excels in both strategy and execution. You should have a passion for owning and driving high-priority projects to completion, with a focus on delivering exceptional client experiences.

Here's what will set you apart:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in IT project delivery, with a proven track record of owning project outcomes and managing teams.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage and prioritize multiple high-impact projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and leadership abilities, with experience working in cross-functional teams.
  • Familiarity with PSA and RMM tools (e.g., Autotask, Kaseya VSA) and IT Glue for documentation.
  • Experience with Microsoft 365, Azure, Hyper-V, VMware, and networking solutions.
  • Professional IT certifications are a plus.
