Job Title: Construction Project Manager

Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Construction Project Manager to oversee a project in the Greater New Orleans area. This individual will drive subcontractor performance and lead subcontractor and client crews to build distribution systems throughout New Orleans and Jefferson Parish. The successful candidate will be responsible for the overall production and quality of the job and their crew(s), leading a team of up to 25 people at a time.

Key Responsibilities:

Drive subcontractor performance and lead subcontractor and client crews

Oversee project production and quality

Lead a team of up to 25 people

Requirements:

Construction management experience

Computer skills

Reporting skills

Distribution and power delivery construction management experience

Work Environment:

This project will last five years and involves fieldwork, pushing and coordinating the work of subcontractor crews. Hours are generally over 50+ per week.
