Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Pediatric Clinic Director to lead our team and ensure the successful operation of our pediatric therapy clinic. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a commitment to quality care, and a strategic mindset for growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Leadership and Management: Develop and implement the clinic's operational budget, ensuring efficient fiscal operations and compliance with healthcare laws and regulations.
  • Clinic Operations: Plan, direct, and coordinate all activities within the pediatric therapy clinic, including developing and implementing patient care policies, procedures, and methods.
  • Strategic Planning: Identify opportunities for future financial sustainability and clinic growth, aligned with the organization's strategic vision.
  • Talent Management: Assess qualifications of potential workforce members through effective talent management, recruitment, and acquisition.
  • Quality Improvement: Evaluate and develop relevant key performance indicators (KPIs) as part of quality improvement initiatives.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business management, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in healthcare management, preferably in a pediatric therapy setting.
  • Strong understanding of healthcare laws, regulations, and compliance requirements.
  • Proven leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
Estimated Salary:

$85,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience.
