Clinical Trials Director Opportunity

Located in Chattanooga, TN

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Trials Director to lead our hematology/oncology research team at OneOncology. This is an exceptional opportunity for a motivated and ambitious individual to drive the success of our clinical trials program.

About the Role:

The Clinical Trials Director will be responsible for overseeing the development, implementation, and execution of clinical trials across various stages, including Phase I, II, and III. You will work closely with senior management to set strategic objectives, timelines, and budgetary allocations for research initiatives.

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive strategy for oncology clinical trials and research department aligned with the organization's broader medical and research goals.
  • Design and review clinical trial protocols to ensure scientific rigor, ethical compliance, and patient safety.
  • Supervise the initiation, execution, and completion of multiple clinical trials concurrently.
  • Monitor and analyze trial progress, outcomes, and safety data to make data-driven decisions and adapt protocols as necessary.
Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Proven experience in leading clinical trials teams and developing successful research strategies.
  • Excellent knowledge of clinical trial regulations, guidelines, and industry standards.
  • Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to collaborate with interdisciplinary teams.
  • A deep understanding of hematology and oncology clinical research, with a passion for driving innovation and excellence.
