We are seeking a highly skilled Director to lead our oncology clinical trials and research department at OneOncology. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a strategic vision for our oncology clinical trials and research initiatives.

Job Summary

The successful candidate will have a strong background in hematology or oncology clinical research and will demonstrate outstanding scientific knowledge and the highest personal and ethical standards. You will be responsible for designing and reviewing clinical trial protocols, supervising the initiation and execution of multiple clinical trials, and ensuring adherence to all relevant regulatory requirements and guidelines governing clinical trials in oncology.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a strategic vision for oncology clinical trials and research initiatives
  • Design and review clinical trial protocols to ensure scientific rigor, ethical compliance, and patient safety
  • Supervise the initiation and execution of multiple clinical trials concurrently
  • Monitor and analyze trial progress, outcomes, and safety data to make data-driven decisions and adapt protocols as necessary
  • Ensure adherence to all relevant regulatory requirements and guidelines governing clinical trials in oncology
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A strong background in hematology or oncology clinical research
  • Outstanding scientific knowledge applicable to hematology or oncology clinical research
  • The highest personal and ethical standards
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively in an interdisciplinary team environment
