Folding Operator Job Description

We are seeking experienced professionals to fill the role of Folding Operator at The Challenge Printing Company Inc.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Set-up and Operation: Review specifications of each job before set-up or production, evaluate type of work, materials and required machine set-up, and follow CGMP manufacturing procedures for line clearance & documentation.
  • Quality Control: Work together with QA and production personnel to ensure quality output, maintain established productivity and output goals, and troubleshoot to resolve problems - make adjustments as needed to settings and equipment for maximum efficiency.
  • Maintenance and Record-Keeping: Perform daily and preventative maintenance on machines, complete maintenance logs, and record production and set-up information into electronic forms.
  • Collaboration and Support: Assist other operators in daily production and provide support as needed.
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of experience as a G&K/Vijuk Machine Operator or in a related manufacturing role.
  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED).
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently.
