Job Title: Route Sales Representative

At Frito-Lay, we are seeking a highly motivated and organized Route Sales Representative to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for delivering, selling, and merchandising our complete line of products to local stores, including gas stations, dollar stores, and large grocery stores.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver and sell Frito-Lay products to local stores, including gas stations, dollar stores, and large grocery stores.
  • Unload orders, merchandise product, and partner with store managers to increase sales.
  • Run routes for team members, experience different stores, and meet new customers.
  • Grow sales on the route by building relationships, selling in displays, and completing national initiatives.
  • Attain a route with set days off/schedule with time.
Requirements:
  • Be 21 years of age or older.
  • Have a valid driver's license with proof of insurance and ability to obtain any additional licenses or endorsements required by your state.
  • Be able to frequently lift 40 lbs. with or without a reasonable accommodation.
  • Pass a Department of Transportation physical and certification.
