Route Sales Representative

The Route Sales Representative is a key role at Farmer Brothers, responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and growing sales through existing customer accounts. This position requires a strong ability to communicate effectively, build relationships, and identify opportunities to increase revenue.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver and replenish beverage station products to customers on a daily basis.
- Ensure customers receive delivery and service as required, and resolve any issues promptly.
- Participate in regional and company promotions to increase sales and revenue.
- Identify and close distribution voids on core products, and execute seasonal and LTO promotions.
- Manage invoices, inventory, and collections daily.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- 2+ years of route delivery experience in a related customer service business-to-business field.
- Previous foodservice industry experience preferred.
- Must be able to complete a successful DOT physical, possess a valid driver's license, and have a clean driving record.

- Ability to lift and carry products weighing up to 50 lbs.
