Join our Sales Team We are looking for a aggressive, creative sales person to help us support our independent reps and drive sales through key design firms nationwide. We have two product lines outlined below which this position will be responsible for along with our VP Sales, Estimating, and Marketing Director.


Windfall Architectural Products

Windfall Architectural Product designs & manufactures architectural wood products from sustainably sourced materials in the Pacific NW. Our products are found in hospitality, retail, corporate, multi-family, and higher education interiors around the US and Canada. Our committed and cohesive team designs, produces and sells our products and is located in Tumwater, WA. We are looking for a customer-focused, detail-oriented person to support our sales reps and designers who are located around the country.

Our sales are driven by our sales representatives who call on designers and architects in the U.S. Our Reps are self-employed and work independently around the country. These reps contact us requesting estimates, product information, and samples, as do designers and the contractors who purchase and install our products.

We also Direct sales to Architects and Designers in key markets, including New York, LA, Miami, and San Francisco.


This company is located in Olympia, WA while the position can be located anywhere on the West Coast or Rockies. We do require extensive time at our facility in the initial 90 days, the job can be remote with some travel to the home office and in the field.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

·        You are the prime contact for Independent Sales Representatives across the US. You will also work with their customers (design professionals, contractors, and installers) to promote Windfall products to the design community.

·        Outreach activity includes contacting designers to discuss design intents and elements of their projects, and contractors to follow-up on existing Opportunities for updates on project status.

·        Monitor samples placed by customers and sales reps via Windfall’s website and confirm/correct details as needed as translated to the CRM. Coordinate with Samples Department staff as needed.

·        Based on information from reps and customers you will manage our sales pipeline through use of our ERP/CRM system.

·        Work as part of an internal and external team which engages with customers to solicit interest in our products.

· Other duties, responsibilities, and activities as assigned

Key Skills Required

·        Understand project development process, client needs, and how to set expectations. 

·        Clear communication of project status and updates to internal team and in our ERP software.

·        Strong organization skills and ability to focus on details.

·        Independent thinking skills and ability to take initiative.

·        Communicates professionally when speaking and in writing.

·        Enjoys providing responsive customer care.

·        Understands and works well with occasional time constraints.

Additional skills that are a plus:

·        Experience with ERP or CRM is highly desired, but not required.

·        Proficient with using MS 365 and Sharepoint.

·        Basic understanding and appreciation for modern architectural design.

·        An understanding of commercial construction specification and procurement process.
