Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Clinical Practice Coordinator to join our team at Penn Medicine. As a key member of our clinical practice, you will be responsible for coordinating patient-related activities, including scheduling appointments, surgeries, and diagnostic tests. You will also be responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date medical records, preparing and processing billing, and providing exceptional customer service to our patients and staff.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate patient-related activities, including scheduling appointments, surgeries, and diagnostic tests
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records
  • Prepare and process billing
  • Provide exceptional customer service to patients and staff
  • Assist with administrative tasks, including answering phones, responding to emails, and preparing correspondence
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • 4+ years of medical office experience or 4 years of customer service experience
  • Related clinical office experience required
  • Prior customer service or insurance verification experience in a healthcare setting preferred
