Job Description

CWI is seeking an experienced Referral Specialist to join our pharmacy team. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating patient referrals, managing orders, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate patient referrals, manage orders, and communicate with patients and healthcare providers.
  • Verify patient and payment information, schedule orders, and coordinate patient care.
  • Conduct routine patient chart audits, maintain patient records, and perform other administrative tasks.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with patients, healthcare providers, and internal stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Pharmacy Technician License (Preferred)
  • At least 1 year of experience in a call center setting or home healthcare/pharmacy environment.
  • Basic skills in Microsoft Excel and Word, data entry, and keyboarding.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Salary Range: $48,000 - $65,000 per annum (dependent on experience), plus benefits package.
