About the Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced Escrow Team Lead to join our operations team at Planet Home Lending, LLC. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of the Escrow Department, ensuring timely and accurate completion of tasks, reports, and assignments. This role requires strong leadership skills, with a focus on training and developing team members to meet performance expectations.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the Escrow Department in meeting productivity and quality standards.
- Develop and implement processes to improve efficiency and reduce errors.
- Maintain open communication with the management team and other departments to ensure alignment and coordination of efforts.
- Monitor and analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with other teams to resolve complex issues and provide solutions.
- Provide regular feedback and coaching to team members to enhance their performance.
- Evaluate and recommend changes to policies and procedures as needed.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal guidelines.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
- Minimum three years of senior-level experience in loan servicing or escrow operations.
- Proven track record of improving efficiency and reducing costs.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and develop team members.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
Compensation and Benefits
The estimated annual salary for this role is $90,000 - $120,000, depending on experience. The company offers a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.
