Internal Controls and Compliance Professional

We are seeking a highly skilled Compliance Officer to join our team at destinationone Consulting. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for ensuring that our company and its employees comply with internal policies and external regulations.
Your primary duties will include developing and implementing compliance policies and procedures, conducting regular audits and assessments, providing training and guidance to employees, investigating and resolving compliance issues, and monitoring changes in regulatory requirements.
To succeed in this role, you will need a Bachelor's degree in law, business, or a related field, with 3+ years of experience in a compliance role. A strong knowledge of compliance regulations and risk management practices is essential, along with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Conduct regular audits and assessments
- Provide training and guidance to employees
- Investigate and resolve compliance issues
- Monitor changes in regulatory requirements
What We Offer:
