About the Role
We are seeking an experienced ABA Clinical Supervisor to join our growing team in New Hampshire.
This is a full-time position offering a competitive compensation package, generous sign-on bonus, and relocation package.
The ideal candidate will have at least 3-5 years of experience working in the ABA field, knowledge of Discrete Trial Training (DTT), and experience conducting assessments.
Job Description
As an integral part of our team, you will assist the Regional Clinical Director with hiring, training, supervising, and developing Behavior Technicians.
You will also be responsible for assisting in the development, planning, and implementation of strategies for program continuation and growth.
Responsibilities:
- Hiring, training, supervising, and developing Behavior Technicians.
- Assist in the development, planning, and implementation of strategies for program continuation and growth.
- Demonstrate a functional understanding of best practices in ABA clinical care in a quantitative and qualitative manner.
- Provide Consultation and Support to families and children.
- Collaborate with Regional Clinical Director on Program Development and Quality Assurance.
Requirements:
- BCBA certification.
- Master's degree.
- At least 3-5 years of experience working in the ABA field.
- Knowledge and experience with Discrete Trial Training (DTT).
- Experience conducting assessments.
- Be a leader, master problem-solver, ability to think globally, and sound decision-making skills.
Salary and Benefits:
Estimated salary range: $60,000 - $80,000 per year.
We offer a competitive pay package, including a generous sign-on bonus, relocation package, and benefits such as health insurance, 401K plan, paid vacation and sick time off, paid holidays, mileage reimbursement, and fingerprinting reimbursement.
