Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess and diagnose speech and language disorders in students, using standardized tests and observations.
  • Develop and implement individualized therapy plans that address the unique needs and goals of each student.
  • Provide direct therapy services to students, including group and individual sessions.
  • Collaborate with teachers and other professionals to integrate speech and language therapy into the classroom setting.

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or related field.
  • Valid licensure in Speech-Language Pathology.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse populations.
  • Ability to adapt to changing circumstances and priorities while maintaining a high level of professionalism and discretion.

Estimated Salary: $65,000 - $90,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
