Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive base salary of $85,000 per year, depending on location, educational background, and experience. Additionally, we provide relocation assistance, generous Paid Time Off (PTO), and paid holidays.

Job Responsibilities

The successful candidate will develop and manage Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) tailored to the unique needs of each student with special needs. They will also monitor student progress, track development, and make necessary adjustments to ensure students reach their goals.

Our ideal candidate will be responsible for managing challenging behaviors and implementing behavior support plans. They will work closely with paraprofessionals, support staff, and parents to build a supportive and inclusive learning environment.

We are looking for a dedicated professional who can create a positive and engaging learning space where every student feels supported and can thrive.

Qualifications

To be considered for this role, you must have a Bachelor's degree in special education, education, or a related field from an accredited institution. Proven experience in developing, implementing, and managing IEPs is essential.

Strong communication skills are required for effectively engaging with students, parents, and staff. A collaborative mindset and ability to work well within a multidisciplinary team are also necessary.
