Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Regional Voter Registration Director to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for building, managing, and leading regional teams for voter registration programs in Wisconsin.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with state leadership to develop and implement all components of a community voter registration program.
  • Lead, coach, and manage the day-to-day activities of the regional team, overseeing all aspects of training and team member accountability.
  • Analyze daily and weekly reports to track progress to goals and implement rigorous quality control measures.
  • Work to ensure all regional goals are met.
  • Execute successful and meaningful engagement with the community.
Requirements
  • Prior voter registration or grassroots organizing experience preferred (paid, volunteer, or internship).
  • Management experience preferred.
  • Ability and willingness to work a demanding schedule, which can reach 70+ hours per week at peak times and can be expected to include evenings and weekends.
  • Must possess a cell phone and laptop.
  • Must have ready access to personal transportation and will be required to provide proof of driver's insurance.
  • Must be able to travel and/or relocate to project locations on short notice; travel, lodging, and other related expenses are provided by RFS.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work well with a team.
  • Experience leading teams of grassroots volunteers or community organizers.
  • Familiarity with Google Suite, NGP VAN, and Blocks.
