Key Responsibilities- Provide direct supervision and support to clients in a non-clinical setting
- Enforce policies and procedures to ensure a safe and healthy environment
- Observe and document client behavior, including medication administration and interactions
- Transport clients to and from 12-step meetings, medical appointments, and other activities
- Assist with new client admissions and discharge processes
- Collaborate with clinicians to provide comprehensive support services
- Document client interactions and behavioral issues
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of treatment plans
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 12-step recovery knowledge and experience preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to lift up to 40 pounds
- Computer proficiency and ability to learn new software
