Key Responsibilities
  • Provide direct supervision and support to clients in a non-clinical setting
  • Enforce policies and procedures to ensure a safe and healthy environment
  • Observe and document client behavior, including medication administration and interactions
  • Transport clients to and from 12-step meetings, medical appointments, and other activities
  • Assist with new client admissions and discharge processes
  • Collaborate with clinicians to provide comprehensive support services
  • Document client interactions and behavioral issues
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of treatment plans
Requirements
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 12-step recovery knowledge and experience preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Ability to lift up to 40 pounds
  • Computer proficiency and ability to learn new software
